New Town Mall sought to enhance the visitor experience by offering free Wifi access, but also needed a way to monitor and analyze usage of the service. We developed a captive portal solution that allowed visitors to easily connect to the Wifi network. Importantly, we also built a backend administration system to track real-time data on connected devices, connection duration, and other key metrics. This backend system generated automated daily reports, providing the mall’s management team with valuable insights into visitor trends and usage patterns.
Armed with these data-driven insights, the mall was able to optimize operations, scale infrastructure, and better cater to the evolving needs of its customers.
