Enhanced Website Functionality
This project focuses on revamping the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers – Fire Division website using WordPress. Our objective is to create a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS) that effectively communicates organizational information, provides event updates, and enables seamless member signups and attendance tracking.
Custom Features and Visual Design
In addition to data migration, we developed two key features: event registration and automatic online certificate generation. Staff can manage event registrations easily, while members can sign up effortlessly. After completing a course, participants receive e-certificates, streamlining the entire process. To visually represent the division’s focus, we selected orange and red as primary colors, capturing the essence of fire and enhancing the site’s thematic appeal.
