Develop an Exchange & Compliance System
We developed a data management system for Chung Ying Renminbi Exchange Company Limited, focusing on digitizing remittance and exchange orders at their branches. This enhancement facilitates efficient management and tracking of transactions. The system includes functionalities for remittance processing, currency exchanges, inter-branch fund transfers, notifications for mainland payments, and customer management. Additionally, our services encompass back-end processing of records submitted by branches, customer approval workflows, and electronic invoicing for remittances.
User-Friendly App for Front Desk Staff
We also created an app tailored for the front desk staff at each branch, enabling them to quickly and efficiently enter remittance and exchange records while easily accessing the company’s internal transfer history. Furthermore, the system incorporates a due diligence feature that checks if a customer’s name is listed as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) using international criminal records, ensuring compliance with recent regulatory requirements.
