Operations with Enhanced Task Management
In this project, we developed an internal dashboard for Capital Financial Press to optimise their operational workflow. This dashboard includes features for task check-ins and customer service monitoring, enabling staff to manage their responsibilities efficiently. By providing a centralised view of all tasks, the dashboard enhances transparency and accountability within the team.
Personalised Task Tracking for Improved Efficiency
The dashboard also incorporates a dedicated “My Task” page, allowing employees to focus on their specific assignments. Each task is assigned a unique order number and designated personnel, simplifying task management and communication. This tailored approach not only improves individual productivity but also fosters collaboration, ensuring that projects are completed effectively.
